Foothills Renovation Company is a full service company, and has been established since September 2003. Foothills Renovation Company provides a multitude of services within the construction field, and values every client’s needs. From changing a light bulb or to the complexity of building a home the obligation to its client will be fulfilled. The staff is not only confined to construction, but provides services as real estate consulting, advisement, and planning. Home evaluations and inspections are able to be conducted with the added advantage of a licensed builder, which is able to articulate remedies to any deficiencies found. This ultimately saves the customer money and empowers the customer to remove the middle-man. A diverse background enables Foothills Renovation Company to value efficiency and bottom dollar, in that Foothills Renovation Company is able to fulfill the obligation to is Customers and their Satisfaction.
 
The beginnings of Foothills Renovation Company started with a full-time student undertaking the purchase of his first home. Along with the home came the payment and he knew there would have to be a change from academia to the work force. As he was signing the contracts provided by the selling home owner, he inquired about work or odd jobs. The G.I. Bill that enabled him to attend school was running out and knew things where about to get demanding. He was quite surprised, and caught a little of guard when the home seller returned the question with his own, “what can you do?” Quick to not let this opportunity pass, “Whatever you need,” he replied. Years prior to these rapidly occurring developments, he under took many tasks helping individuals and found he was mechanically inclined. With his response he understood that he would have to step up to the plate. Not only so he would be able to pay for the home just purchased, but also the expectation to please his first customers. Leaving school the next day, he bought a hammer and begun his journey that would prove to be just as educational, if not more, then sitting in that class room. Charles Hornack is a licensed contractor and owner of Foothills Renovation Company.
 
By the nature of the beginnings, the expectations of what he assumed his company was to provide in serving his clients, was nothing less than, Customer Satisfaction. Through “word of mouth” there was no need for advertising, while his best advertisement where the practices of the market place competitors.
 
From 2003, into 2007; Foothills Renovation Company grew at an exponential rate. The customer base consisted of small and large residential projects. The company branched out with the increasing demand, acquiring appropriate licenses, bonds, manpower, and equipment to provide a standard of satisfaction unmatched. With the local housing markets growth, the range of services expanded, as many projects where service base or task oriented they developed into conceptual ideas. In bracing such change, Foothills Renovation Company, developed into a full-service company within the market place. This enabled customers to contact Foothills Renovation Company with an idea of what they had in mind from such concept, reality was constructed.
2007 to Present, with meeting the needs of the broadened customer base; a large portions of business services where provided to Real Estate Investors. The services provided to such investors enabled them to rehabilitate dilapidated homes and provide the investors customer with a reasonably priced newly remodeled home. This area of the market place gave the staff of Foothills Renovation Company particular enjoyment. The transformation of the homes remodeled never fell short of visually and functionally stunning. Just as the sky appeared to be the limit, the prime mortgage crisis emerged, leading the country into a long and difficult recession that impacted markets global. The housing market was impacted severely with repercussions far reaching into subsidiary markets. Foothills Renovation Company’s diversified services and a solid customer base has been fundamental to success within this new economic climate. Continuing to provide reliable, effective, and economical services to their customers remains a staple of Foothills Renovation Company’s business model.
